Well, after anticipating my participation in what seemed to be a very good movie, I have just been informed that the filming of Stray Dog has again been postponed! I am so sorry. It seemed like such a good story and such a great opportunity. But, as they say, "Everything happens for the best."
And, as if that were not enough, my dog, Maggie, has decided that it would be a good idea to try to dig out of her yard which is surrounded on all sides by a cement block fence! Oh well, she, like I, has aspirations. Hers, like mine, sometimes seem insurmountable.
So, I guess I can spend my spare time looking at and oooing and ahhhing over my brand new website. Please notice the Redskin's colors.
I am considering taking a class at the New York Film Academy in Burbank, California entitled, believe it or not - "One week Acting Seminar!" It begins in May and runs for a week on the grounds of Universal Film Studios. If any of you have housing connections in LA, please clue me in!!!!!!! I only beg because otherwise, it is going to cost me an ear and a nose to pay for my housing. I can do that, obviously, but let's not forget that charity begins at home! Or as in this case at someone else's home? Then, of course, thereare expenses for beer, parties, food, etc........
Meanwhile, I am having a ball working as a substitute teacher. I really love being around these students, and they cannot believe how funny I am. They all call me Supersub! And they are right.
Well, so much for my confessions for today. In closing, I wish the very best for Galadriel and Tony with their goal of filming Stray Dog. It has a lot of potential, and I look forward to someday being a part of that wonderful film.
